<item><title>Expense Report Auditor Job (Manila, Philippines)</title><description><![CDATA[Location:  Philippines - Manila<br/><br/><b>About the Role</b><br/><br/>- SuccessFactors is seeking an Expense Report Processor who will be responsible for the review and approval of employee expense reports in multiple regions including Europe, US and Canada, and Asia Pacific (approximately 500 reports per month).<br/><br/>Duties and Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Perform a detailed review of all expense reports that are not in compliance with the Company&#8217;s Travel, Meals & Entertainment policy, including review against receipts.<br/>- Follow-up with employees and managers to obtain proper approval and support for expense items in question.<br/>- Monitor status of number of reports in process to ensure timely approval and payment.<br/>- Works with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.<br/>- Act as liaison with the payroll team to ensure payments are processed for approved reports.<br/>- Respond timely to employee follow-up questions on Travel, Meals & Entertainment policy, how to complete expense reports and other matters.<br/><br/>Required Experience and Skills<br/><br/>- Strong attention to detail required.<br/>- Must have strong follow-up skills and not be afraid to ask questions.<br/>- Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where priorities change to meet business conditions.<br/>- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to effectively communicate in a variety of settings, in particular with employees outside of the department and in other geographic regions.<br/>- Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.<br/>- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment desirable<br/>- Experience with Concur expense reporting system is a plus<br/>- Strong Excel skills<br/>- Good problem solving skills<br/><br/>Educational Requirement: Any 4-year Course.
